My “friends” say I’ve got bad temper and anger issues
I agree to certain extent but
To be honest I never really got angry in front of them. i always tried to control it because ik it always ruins things for me
But now I wanna change it
How can I help myself with my anger issues? please help !

Try to meditate , if u get angry try to keep calm urself but taking heavy breathe in and out and think about why r u angry … if they have fault try to make them understand that their fault … wake up early and go outside and take a fresh breathe u will feel good 😇
Ok so for the starters… meditation didn’t work for me
I’ve tried doing it 4-5 times and it made me sleep the 5th time haha
yes , I use the breathe in and out technique, it works only when I’m slightly angry
