Overthinking

At least I received the information I requested from Meredith but indirectly. I emailed her telling her thank you knowing that she will not reply. I just hope that the next thing I will know if that she will send me a no contact email. ￼

Anger Issues

I just want to get this out of my head. So ik it is bad but I feel better when my dad is not home. I love him a lot but he is really short tempered and has a habit of scolding everyone on small stuff. I just feel more relaxed when he is around. And I somehow feel so bad that this thought runs through my mind. I have this guilt. I hope it gets better with time. 

Family

If comparing me to others, make me rich then I wouldn't mind getting hurt just to be a billionaire if I could pay a psychiatrist one day.

All I wanted to be is productive but so many thoughts happening in my brain.I realised that I am going downwards slowly in so many aspects of academic career and since this is happening very slowly I couldn’t realise it that much.


Productivity

I am 30, unemployed, mentally ill and low IQ. I don't feel like living for another year
 This world isn't for losers like me, am better off dead and i know this world will be a better place without me. Am not a cool fun guy, i am boring and werid, am not smart enough to get a job, no one would ever be interested in me cause am short and ugly and has no desirable qualities. No one cares and no one will remember me.
