This doesn't have to be a person you are romantically attracted to. It can be anyone you haven't seen in years. Maybe a friend who moved away. Maybe a sibling you haven't been able to reach out to. Maybe a random stranger you feel a sense of kinship with. Though the pandemic keeps you apart technology brings you closer. Yet u want more. You feel like you deserve more. Avoid replying their suggestions/questions: Changing the subject to something else, this may offer assistance with you in not engaging in challenging questions or behaviours.

Make an excuse to leave: for case “I need to go home”. You'll be in control of your conduct and not lock in in unhelpful activities.

Nothing really going well I'm really tired with my parents because of them I feel so sick all day i can't focus.i just want to go somewhere jaha mujhe thori santi mile faltu ke argument se And other side I don't know how to deal with sc when I see him talking with just friend girls my heart start burning, he's not my bf or something and he's also not my crush, but I still feel like this maybe I'm selfish but he behave cute sometime. hi, i'm new here...i hope everyone is doing good
so i am finally at the point where i needed to talk to somebody, 
recently everything is going tough for me, few days back i looked at myself in the mirror and could not recognise myself, i felt like i am not this person. last night i had thoughts racing in my mind and my heart was beating very fast, i was tired but i couldn't sleep, when i did fall asleep for a short while, i woke up suddenly due to a dream i had. same thing happened in the morning, i woke up with racing thoughts about the day ahead and a fast beating heart. i'm a 20 year old female in college but i still feel like i have not grown up or become mature at all, about my friends, i always feel like they don't care about me as much as i care about them, which stops me from reaching out 
there's one more thing...i am replaying things from my childhood in my head (a bit too frequently) which are not good memories,
that's the reason i came to a different city for college and now our college is closing again due to covid so i have to go back now

does anybody have any suggestions? have you gone through something similar?
