Kya bolu. Bahut helpless feel ho rha hai. Aankhe chubh rahi hai nind nhi aa rhi. Kya ho gya yar ye. Kyu aaye the tum life me aur aye to gye kyu. Har din paglo jaise tumse bat krte rehna, man me sari bate rakhna. I'm tired now . I'm hell tired now. Tumhe fark kyu nhi padta. Itna asan tha kya sab kuch khtm karke aage badh Jana. Why the hell u don't care.. kabhi khyal ata bhi hai ya nhi mere bare me. Kitne months ho gye Aaj bhi im there only. Yes Iam a loser. I can't get over u. Leave my thoughts as u left my life. Do u even care what I went through? I just feel so helpless. U never asked how m I doing. Kya sari bate jhuthi thi? Tumhari ankhen bhi? I cant sleep am not getting peace. Leave my head. As I am a loser. 


Need someone to talk . Like someone who is  a teenager .  Seems like everyone wanna be so anyone who has insta .

Overthinking

I think I have started to notice the roots of my problems, and I am certain they will never be solved. My head hurts, I am tired all the time, and I do not want to talk to anyone but, at the same time, I want to rant. I made an appointment for therapy tomorrow, unfortunately, I will be at work, but I will attempt to talk to someone before it gets worse. I am depressed and feeling hopeless. I want to yell and just disappear. I started to look into mental hospitals and why the actual f### are they like $20,000 for like a week? I am in no way doing that. I am still in grad school, but all that is on my mind right now is how I am living a lie. 

 

Bipolar Disorder

I feel this urge to talk to someone today. Like real bad. But idk who to talk to. I’ve pushed so many people away and now I’m left with no one. I wish i could talk to someone i know. I feel so sad today ughhhhh hate periods 😭

Frustration

So there's a guy.
He approached me first.
Our classmates started talking about us.
Then one of my best friend suggested me to tell him that I'm interested in him too. But at first we were like friends and then people started talking about us and at that moment I got excited. But I was never been into this guy. But as je asked me, I just said I'm interested in him (I didn't said I like or love him). Them from 15th may we started talking with each other like everyday and now till after 2pm. It was all right. And then suddenly his Instagram friend who had a quarrel with him a few days ago , cam back to his life. They've sorted out their matter. And from like evening @6pm . He's ignoring my texts,calls and msgs. Like dude it was you who gave me your attention and now what the hell are you doing out of sudden. I'm craving for his attention. And I came to know that he was online but he didn't even let my message go seen... 
What should I do?
