My ex texted me a few days back and ranted about how sorry he is and how much he regrets losing me. He always does this. He never however asked to get back together and rather goes ahead and hooks up with people (I’m not sure about this but he’s using all dating sites). He texts me from fake accounts or unknown numbers because I’ve blocked him from everywhere. 
I don’t know how to process this.

Confusion

It’s in a constant state of decline and every day my thoughts and aspirations get severely deteriorated. At this point I want to disappear into an abstract where i no longer exist. It’s so bad.

Frustration

Guys I need help. I identify myself as heterosexual but sometimes I feel more than that. I don't find girls attractive, but I feel butterflies when I think of lesbian love. I identify myself as hetero cuz I only wanted to be in a relationship with boys. It depends on the day, sometimes I like s3xual interactions with women more than men and sometimes the opposite. I'm still exploring who I am, right now I'll just identify myself as straight.

Bipolar Disorder

there was a girl whom I met through my friend. Actually, she was his girlfriend at that time, we got close as friends. Later I found that my friend is very toxic to her like she left her friends for him becoz according to him her friends are not good. She took care of him as he is a child. Once, he broke his hand becoz that girl went to classes instead of meeting him. He never let her talk to a boy. I can't tell everything. We discovered that we got so much in common with our interests like we love to dance. sorry, coming to the point, time goes on and we became very good friends. She broke up with him, she got her friends back, I turned in a joker to make her happy because she couldn't get over him. And she cries a lot and I cant see that. So I used to annoy her to keep her busy. later as time went by something happened one day and I found that whats happening to me. Why am I feeling like this, one day she was absent and I was feeling empty all day . And when I found that she went on a date with somebody, I was very happy for her but something may be it's my fear to not to get her in a relationship like she was in earlier. I ignored that. but slowly that feeling started growing inside me. Her friends approached me that she is not happy you should propose to her so that she can really move on. I rejected that idea by telling them not gonna help. 1 year after that incident, I was confirmed that this is the time now I am 100% sure that I love her, I will take care of her no matter what will happen.  So I decided to propose to her. I and my friends arranged everything. I made flowers from soft drink cans, prepared many bouquets, prepared a list of songs. When she arrived we made her sat on a chair and welcomed her like a queen, my friends were showering flowers on her, we played music, I gave her the flowers, my friends gave her all the bouquets, everything went as planned. Then I asked her  . she started crying, and telling me that she knew that gonna happen and she won't want to because she don't want to hurt me. I said no problem I just want to propose to you like this. Don't worry. After this incident we went to normal, it took time. After many months I found something strange in her behavior. She stopped talking to me, every time whenever something bad happens to her I don't know but I got the feeling. I asked her she refused that anything to worry everything is fine. I asked her friends but they also refused me to tell anything. One day I was missing her so badly, I messaged her. And I couldn't control myself and I said I LOVE YOU. Then there she told me what was happening with her. She was in a relationship whit a guy and he broke up with her because he loved someone else. That thing broke my heart . I accepted and moved on later I searched about that guy and again that guy is a bag of shit, an alcohol addict, who never cares for anyone, when I met him he came directly from a bar, where he was for 2 days. Here this shit started again, the girl whom I don't to cry for anyone or anything, A shitbag came and broke her again. He was her best friend for 6 years. I really love her she is so gentle, good, and pure. Even I moved on I can't stop thinking about her. How is she? where is she now.  THANK YOU if you read this.

Breakup

Hey guys. I’m a genderqueer female in my 30s living in Malaysia. 
I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed at the moment. 
Tried talking to friends but seems non of them are capable of understanding my situation at the moment. 
Also cant be bombarding them with my stuff all the time. Felt like that would be annoying to them. 

Lost some friends that are dear to me over the years due to some foolish issue that could have been avoided come to think of it. But, life happens & i’ve come to terms with it. But sometimes i do felt like shit (i’m only human). 

Recently broke up with my girlfriend of 10 months (around early Feb22). And i have really come to terms with it since we’ve tried everything in our being to work things out. But its just not meant to be. 

Right now feeling lonely since i used to always have someone to talk to. And now not anymore. 

The creeping feeling that i could have salvage the relationship but i didnt is eating me alive right now eventhough i have come to terms with it previously. Going on with my day to day life seems impossible. 🥲. Hope i can talk this out here to lessen the burden on my shoulder ( talking bout it make my chest hurts, like right now ).

Addiction

My bf installed dating apps as soon as i left the city for some work purpose. I got to know it through my friend. I indirectly asked him if he is seeing someone ya kuch, he said very confidently ki “No, i’m loyal to you and you can trust me.” But i have the chat ss. He’s clearly lying to me. On the other hand, he tells me to come back soon and that he missing me bla bla bla. He treats me so well and talks to me nicely. But he doesn’t text calls me everytime. He does stays disappeared for few hours and when i ask he either says i was sleeping or was with friends. Ugh, i’m so mad at him. I am pretending as if idk about this but deep down my blood is boiling. Why tf he said sweet words if he doesn’t mean them and what’s all this shit. He fucking used me. I feel horrible now. What’s the use of being so picky in men and still get played by the one you thought would be different? I love him and idk how to ghost him. I am so dumb that still i couldn’t believe he would do this to me. What should i do?
