Sharing Our Innermost Thoughts

My ex had turned numb towards love after his father died. When we started dating it was very arranged in his mind. He forced himself to love me because I was a good person and would be perfect to settle down with. He never truly loved me. Two months ago he fell in love with another girl, he says this was the love he used to feel when he was younger the true sense love he always felt before his father died. Our breakup happened around three weeks ago and today he tells me the truth about this. I today feel scared to even talk to someone new, I even feel scared to talk to a professional cause I feel everyone is out there to get me. I am barely existing through the day. All I feel is hurt, betrayed and scared.
