My ex cheated on me and since then, I’ve struggled with a growing sense of inferiority. I constantly feel that everyone surpasses me. Life seems devoid of goals and purpose. Despite consistently giving my all, adjusting for others, and trying to earn their approval, I found myself not being enough for them. I feel lonely and like there’s no one to talk to. It’s hard for me to put my feelings into words, but it makes me feel really trapped.

Just because someone cheated on you doesn’t mean you weren’t enough. It means they couldn’t stay loyal which means they can’t be trusted. You’re special and you’ll find someone who is only yours and will be scared to lose you.
Don’t feel inferior, be confident, keep working on yourself.
