I have been feeling very low on Energy. Maybe be hormonal changes.. acidity or pcos. I have been wanting to work but PMS ing big time since 4-5 days. And now..and even since 2 days.. even after bathe, eating..feel soooo sleepy, lethargic and lost. This sucks. I have work in front of me..but all this combined with overthinking and other some people's idiotic behaviour ...is making me just want to shut everything and sleeeeep.

Whhat the hell. I can't work when I want. All I keep feeling is unwell.

TW: depression, adhd
Er... just a very common question... am I depressed or just being lazy...?
This has been kinda going on for quite a few months(maybe since the pandemic...?), and to put it very bluntly... I'm getting nothing done.
(neither wanting nor enjoying that...)
Even the things I used to love...
make me feel drained now...
I still get excited and enthusiastic at times, but not because I really feel the enthusiasm... it's more like a wired reflex, perhaps because I've always been excited about every little thing...
I just... don't feel like doing anything anymore... and this feeling kinda kicks in every now and then...
I'm, like... kinda aware of my building backlog, the coming deadlines, everything that I want to do (and should be doing), but well... I'll just scream and plead and beg and shout at myself internally, and simultaneously continue doing nothing...
Also, I've always related to adhd symptoms... but idk...? I've never been tested so well....
Idk, did that make any sense though...?

Depression

Don’t you ever just feel sad and very down after the end of a very good day, like it suddenly gets weird to know that the day’s over. I don’t know how to explain it but it’s like post concert depression (to put in a way it could be understood) you have so much fun, use all of your energy but then after it’s over you go back to your room that’s only filled with silence and a huge underwhelming feeling that makes you feel empty all of the sudden. Today is one of those days were i feel that way. It’s no big deal but kind of annoying. 

Being an introvert, I don't like to come to my relative's place, but have to come to just meet my mother's father. As I recently shifted to this city. I have no attachment with anyone here, nor do they. Tho I did give them so much in my capacity, also even they helped me in finding accomodation here. And they don't even like me. Awkwardly staying.
