My cat exam is very close and i am shit scared of the quant(maths) section. I don’t know why this is happening to me as i was a topper in maths in school. I really don’t know what to do

Quants is a tuff section and people who are scared of this subject tend to get frightened.
The only thing that matters is your hardwork and practicing as much as you can. That way only you can get less nervous. Besides, everyone giving this paper gets tensed considering it to be a difficult paper. Just give your best and leave the rest.
