My brother is 13 and i want to tell him about periods, basically to normalise them and make him realise it's not a taboo topic or anything. Is he too young though? Should I wait for a couple more years?

Context: I'm on my period and my grandmother was going off about how I'm "impure" and shouldn't enter the kitchen and my brother now thinks I'm cursed😂

This is honestly so nice😭. I agree and this is exactly why I want to tell him so that he can understand that woman are not impure or cursed when they have their periods

Hello, I wanted to know if anyone knows what is happening to me, when I was 13, I and my mom got a desk from the trash, it looked pretty new and clean so we took it and put it in my room. Later that week I woke up and felt uneasy I could hear a weird noise it’s hard to describe it, but then I looked to my right and saw two people standing while they looked at me. The woman was a short woman maybe around 5´2 she had long black hair that covered her face, the man had more of a bright drown or orange hair and beer, he was taller than the woman by 1 or 2 inches. Remember when they first appeared because that same day was my 14th birthday, I told my parents and they thought it was maybe some relatives that passed away and visited on my birthday, later that same month they came again at the same time, 3:00-3:59 AM.
My mom thought it was the desk so we both went alone since we both brought it together.
Then it becomes more frequent, it was only the woman who would come now. I was always scared and couldn´t move, my parents are Hispanic so they would curse to lead them away from me. This continued for 3-4 months and it finally stopped, for only to it to come again…2 months ago she came back since I was so used to feeling that presence of her and the noise it made so I knew when she came so I closed my eyes as tight as possible until she left.

 I recorded when she would appear and you can hear in the recordings that weird ringing sound. I showed it to my mom and she would listen to it and she was shocked, after some time the noise from the recording would disappear and you couldn´t hear anything then the sound would come back days later.
I turned 15, 5 days ago and today I dreamed of telling my sister it would come and I checked the time and it read 3:16 AM
I woke up at that same time and started feeling the presence again, it felt different than the other ones. I open my eyes only to see a very tall figure as tall as the ceiling of my room, it was very skinny…In that one second, I opened my eyes it came at me so fast I got scared and closed my eyes. I tried to wake up my sister but I couldn´t move, I was breathing like crazy and I finally woke her up and told her to turn the light on. I told my mom about it and she asked if it was the same woman but I told her it was something else. I slept with my mom and dad because I was scared, I was laying down and I started hearing that weird ringing noise and I asked if she heard it too but she didn´t, after some time I looked to my right only to see that figure again, it was kneeling on the floor he was not looking at me he was bent over and rested on his legs but he looked very big by just sitting there. I covered my face and I didn´t have to see it.
Please tell me why I see these things

I was sexually assaulted a couple years ago and I’ve only realised this year that what happened wasn’t normal and sexual assault and I really want to talk about it and tell my friends but i don’t know how to, please can you give suggestions it would be really really appreciated:)

Okay so today a funny thing happened to me. But first of all, I have a question to all of you, to those who are reading this right now, When you enter a shop, it doesn't matter whether it's a small or a big shop, when you enter, how you call the shop owner,- uncle/dada/bhaiya, so Today I went to a small shop, and I didn't see the shop owner, I called him uncle and when I saw him, he was a teenager 😂🙂...Idk he was laughing, Idk whether he was laughing at me or not. I told everything to my parents, they said to avoid calling uncle, but I'm just 18 years old. And why I get awkward when I have to call the shop owner with whatever....can it be because I'm an introvert? 😥🤧

Family

Since childhood, I faced sexual abuse, ragging in school, physical and verbal abuse etc, I was trying to understand all this and to solve the conflicts in my mind but before I can do that my Grandfather died. At that time he was the only one who used to listen to me, understand me, he was the bestest friend one can have, and I was so young(in 2nd std) to even properly get the idea that he is gone forever and all those feelings of harrassment and abuses got permanently fixed inside me, but just after his death I was beaten with shoes and belts by my uncle as he wants to satisfy his anger and even my parents used to be there and all this used to happen before them which kept going on for quite a long time and because of all this I developed a fear which gets triggered everytime I feels like someone or something is opposing me and because of that fear I became so aggressive that I became the biggest reason for my parents to get hurt. I was the biggest reason of fights in our home and even after knowing all the things I couldn't solve all this as I felt like completely out of my control. Memories of my grandfather along with all other bad memories of abuses kept making me more and more miserable, time passed by and saveral years later I met a girl with whom I fell in love and I felt like I should do all I can to make myself a better person for her to love and as our relationship kept going I fixed all my habits of over aggressiveness, lack of ambition, unfocused, miserable person. I was so much in love with her that I had even decided till the last moments of my life that she will be by my side as we have made the most beautiful and complete love story of all time. I was in college for my engineering degree when a financial crisis occurred and I had to drop out of the college which was a crucial step on the path of my ambition and it gave me a deep cut inside as I cannot think about any other career for me and I loved so much what I was pursuing and just after 3 months of dropping out of the college, Girl I loved more than anything else left me after 8 years of relationship and when she left I spent  the initial few months trying to help myself out of it, I used to say to myself that I am powerful enough to handle all these and kept going. Which is going to be my biggest mistake as I thought that I was solving all the conflicts where as I was just suppressing it inside and it was teasing me each and every day. It's been 3 years since we broke up and from that point till now I have changed the most. Mood swings are so rapid that I am completely unpredictable even for next minute. Sleeping, eating, working patterns all are disturbed, while going through all of these things final incident blew the hardest right inside my mind as 4 months ago my Grandmother died, 
After losing everything she was the only hope I had and now as she is gone I forgot how to cry, how to express, the only thing I always have on my face is smile, which had become the biggest burden as I want to cry out loud to empty myself out of all the heaviness. I used to had a lot of ambitions but now I just want a peaceful mind free of all the conflicts always taking place inside.

Loss

I had some private stuff in my laptop which I deleted but not from the recycle bin . Because I knew that noo body will get to know. Later that day my laptop had some glitches soo my uncle checked my laptop for mee soo he said that there must bee some unwanted flies in the bin that's why laptop was hanging he was also simultaneously downloading the drivers for the laptop . He was going through the settings so that hee could delete the unwanted flies my heart stopped for a minute I was soo scared that if hee gets too know about anything in my private stuff this would my last day on the planet . But I being me I started saying and asking him nonsense question 😂 he was like are u drunk or what what has happened to u I was actually behaving like a drunk silly women 🤣 . He got irritated by my ques and left . I then took a sai of relief 🤣🤣
