My boss is not approving my vacation leave because another colleague in my team is on sick leave (I am already doing his tasks for the past 1 week along with night shifts). Since, they’re not sure when he will be back, they don’t want me also to take leave…
What can I do if he’s not well?

I’m not really in a job for i’m only 15 but i guess you should work tomorrow and before the day ends you should tell your boss to reduce your work and give you a vacation, for you wanna be with your parents and you have not seen them from a long time or just hang out with them for such a long time…
