We generally tell leave me when we r facing a problem nd we don’t want other to interfere coz it may hurt or one thinks it can be handled by myself so. We can’t easily tell break up as such coz it’s different.
The things is we are in not good terms. His family not accepting our relationship. He told me to leave me, he said he don’t want me. And he tell he not going to married anyone. But he still kept me in all the social media. But when I ask him is it break up ? He not answer me.

He’s doing by family pressure. He wasn’t able to convince his family so telling u so. But deep down he might loves u so he keep seeing u on social media. He’s just hoping a miracle or something that makes up his fam.
Mayhe he need some space…
