My bf said that he wants to spend more time with me but my parents are strict. He said that when he sees other couples going out it feels so bad. He wants to go out at least once a week or atleast twice a month.but my parents are strict and won’t let me go.what should I do?

Try to meet him, whenever you have time, or try to tell your parents that you are going with frnds & try to meet him that way, in relationship we need to understand our partner’s feelings also…and also try to communicate more with him so that he won’t feel alone…try to do video calls, try to talk more about random topics, try to plan something nice for him, take little risks for him so that he will also feel that his partner is atleast trying to be with him!!
The thing is my parents found out about us . So they don’t let me go out alone . They don’t trust me anymore

That’s bad , I’m sorry for this, please gain some trust, till then do these things with him and make him understand that it will take time to gain that trust again, try to do phone calls and try to engage with him someone, do you have frnds?? Whom can support you? Then try to send love letters to him😅 to make him feel nice, try to send some random gifts… Try to do these things… It will make your relationship better with him!
