Hi guys,
If you are reading this.
I never shared this with anyone
But here i guess i can share without revealing my identity
I feel very insecure about my body.. my physique.. because im very skinny.. i get body shamed everywhere.. people calls me.. skeleton.. maachis ki teeli.. electric pole.. .. arey hawa aayegi to udh jaayegi. Etc.. i always used to ignore such things.. but 6 months ago i got depression.. i tried therapies too.. those things which i use to ignore.. now bother me alot.. i dont know what to do.. people makes fun of my clothes because i cant afford branded and fancy clothes like them.. i always got old clothes from my sisters .. i never demanded from my dad too because i know his financial condition.. now evryone calls me paagal for having mood swings.. but its not my fault that god created me like this.. i dont know why society dont understand the importance of  mental health.. i m losing myself day by day and i dont know what to do🙃

Being a teen is no walk in the park especially for us girls. We experience many changes in our minds, bodies and life in general, but along with our own personal dramas, society never fails to make us feel as if we need to live up to its expectations! Us girls have so many rules that need to be followed... but all of these "rules" have a double standard. How the hell are we supposed to be all of these things and still keep our sanity? If you don't abide by one rule, then you must BIDE by the other. But that is still wrong, because you should be the other rule. Following me? 'Cause I'm confused.
Here are SOME of the rules we must follow-

1. Be a lady -- this means never talk back to anyone, even if they are disrespectful.
2. But also, man up, girls -- don't let anyone walk all over you.
3. No one wants to date a girl with acne. Wash your face everyday. Twice a day.
4. TOO BAD THAT WE CAN'T CONTROL PUBERTY BUT OKAY.
5. Be active and play sports. Don't be lazy.
6. But you can't be too good at the sport because then people will call you manly.
7. Be skinny and stay in shape. Which means no junk food for you, hunny.
8. Eat that piece of pizza! Don't worry about it, you're only young once.
9. Don't stuff your face too much though.
10. Dress to impress people. You have to look pretty and presentable at all times.
11. Wow, girls wear so much makeup.
12. I like girls who wear less makeup and show their natural beauty.
13. Ew look at her without any makeup on! She's so ugly!
14. Love yourself! Everyone is beautiful.
15. All that girl does is take selfies all day she must be so conceited.
16. Have a lot of friends.
17. But not too many guy friends -- that can give you a label from a list of words that I'm not even gonna get into.
18. Have high standards for dating. Don't settle for anyone who treats you with disrespect.
19. Look at her, she so bossy and stuck up.
20. If you naturally have straight hair -- you have to curl it.
21. Your hair is curly? Ever heard of a straightener?
22. Have feelings, and protect yourself.
23. Don't have too many feelings though. Or just don't show them at all because then people might think you're emotionally unstable.
24. Be yourself -- but not too much, society is watching.


Teenagers

i’m so over school. 
we have a pep rally in a few days and my choir is supposed to sing the star spangled banner at it but every time  we do i embarrass my self and just don’t feel comfortable. 
so this time i’m just going with my class instead of the choir and i’m not singing.
ofc this one girl i told her that i wasn’t singing and she was like “ yes you are,yea your gonna be down there” like no i’m not😂
