My best-friend is getting engaged. I am beyond happy for her, but at the same time, it’s upsetting. As the close friends we are, I thought she’d at least discuss the wedding with me. After 10 years of friendship, you’d think you know a person. But I guess I don’t know her. 
Idk, I just always thought that we’d plan together and discuss her wedding and engagement plans together, but guess she had something else in mind. 
At times I feel like she keeps herself hidden and distant from me. I talk to her openly, but she seems more closed off than ever. I love her and all but wth.
Any advice? 

She told me about the engagement herself. I’m not trying to control anything in any way, but I just wish she didn’t marginalize me constantly. Oh well. 

I have anxiety problem. Also PCOD, so near my period dates I get so anxious. I have a boyfriend and things aren't going well, on the verge of breakup maybe and on the top of that I have anxiety attacks every now and then. My boyfriend was my only friend my support system and with him not there fir me I'm just an anxious overthinker. I just wanted to talk about this. Also one thing to ask from boys or fellow mates in a relationship, do boys really become heartless when they are angry? Can they go to any extent? How to make a person who is short-tempered understand what I feel when he lashes his anger out and it's not good for my mental health?

Lying in my bed, in solace, i felt my heart beating for the first time in a long while. I realised how little I live in my body and how much I live in my mind. 

Psychology

I’ve been more stressed recently, and I don’t know if I am as stressed as I was a few years ago, because I could of just gotten used to it. I try to have energy to do stuff that I want to keep me going, but with chronic pain and multiple weekly doctors visits, and then normal cleaning is hard to do.
I think I just have gotten used to my body not cooperating with my brain… but I could just be too tired to care.
I’ve accepted my death but I don’t think the ones I love have, some still think that putting on clothes isn’t too hard for me. By the the 1 hour time were I’m going to shower I’m already exhausted, and I disappoint myself every time I fail at living.
I feel I’m contastly trying to avoid a ptsd episode, because just the feeling and idea of stress takes me back but I can’t or otherwise doctors will be put on hold and I won’t get help.
I’m having a dental surgery and I’m going to be put under sleep, im staying an extra two hours because I’m high risk. It takes two hours to get there and I’m not allowed to eat, but that can be dangerous because of one of my conditions. My therapy appointment that I’ve been waiting on that I tremendously need was cancelled because it was double booked. I’m eventually going to crack, and I don’t know how if everyone’s strong enough for that yet
