My anxiety has been so bad lately. Nothing seems to help it much recently. I take medication but it isn’t helping anymore. I’m really struggling with it.

If you are currently taking therapy and if it’s not working then try switching your therapist. Find what is triggering your anxiety. Mostly it’s worrying about things that are very hard to control. If you have thoughts about things you can’t control then just tell yourself it’s not more important than your mental health and change it.

Continuing:- you need to remove time during the day to give your brain time to worry about things in a healthy way. Keep an hour free where you don’t touch your phone or any electronics. Take a book and pen sit down and write all the thoughts that are worrying you. Then you divide them according to their urgency. If you don’t give yourself time then your anxiety symptoms will increase as it’s all bottled up there. Sometimes even social media triggers your anxiety so taking a healthy break from it can also help. Like deleting the app for a week or so. Just spend more time with yourself.
