Family issues daily fix, realtionship hmesha m he kyu smjhu ,or sbse main chij m khud ki feelings he express nhi kr pati yha tk ki m Krna chati hu kie bar koshih bhi kri nhi kr pati …kyoki mujhe lgta h shyd samne vala heart hoga…or hmesha insan khush nhi rhta nah kbhi kbhi mood sad bhi hota h or family or realtionship ka mtlb he kya jb aap apni problem share he nhi kr pate…

It’s okay to have confusions in ur mind. I want to tell you a way which I used when I feel anxious, depressed, confused. Take a diary or any notebook and write Evey single thoughts of yours. It may be good, it may be bad, Just write it. It will help u to accumulate ur thoughts in a single phase rather than channelising it. Then write your most appropriate solution for that thought.😊

I think you are not sure how they will react after listening you. But telling your problem is better than hiding it inside you & feeling stressed. They are your family & they will surely understand you & your problem just tell them & I am sure they will help you to come out of your problems.
