bahar dusro ke sath rh nai skta .social anxiety bhi hai.interview bhi nai de pata aur agr select ho jata hu to join krne ka mann nai hota .apne ghr ko chhodne ka mann nai hota

Apne aap par bharosa rakho. Apne aap ko pehchaanna aur apne aap ko behtar banane mei waqt lagta hai. Yeh zaruri hai ki tum koshish karo. Abhi thode khoye hue ho, raasta dhoondte raho. Jab apni pasand ki raah mil jaaye, manzil bhi mazar aane lagegi. Good luck❀️

koi baat nahi, depression mein aisa hota hai. kuch karne ka mann nahi karta. magar aap fikar mat karo. dheere dheere koshish karte raho. bilkul simple cheezon se start karo. pehle bas ghar se bahar nikalke thodi fresh hava lo. kuch mat karo, kisi se baat karne ka mann abhi nahi hai to mat karo. fir jab bahar ki hawa thodi achi lagne lage, to kuch dinon mein thoda aur koshish karo. shayad market tak chale jao. aur jisse thoda hello hi karna pasand hai, usse thodi baat karo. jitna mann ho, utni baat karo, magar baat karte raho. apne andar kuch dabake mat rakho. aapke ilawa aapke ghar mein kaun rehta hai? agar koi family member ya dost hain, to unse baat karein. Depression se bahar aane mein samay lag sakta hai, lekin agar aap pehchante hain ke aapko depression hai, aur aap usko theek karna chahte ho to wahi pe aapne ek bohot achi shuruwat kar li hai. zyada bojh na lein, jo din jaise aata hain, jis pal mein aap ho, bas usko mehsoos kijie. zyada cheezein ke baarein mein mat sochie, koi bure khayal aate hain to unhe chakma deke kisi aur cheez ke bare mein sochne lag jaiye.
