3am Thoughts

My partner doesn't feel cared for in our relationship , or by other people. I tried reassuring them they are cared for but it didn't work they felt it was hollow. They have a rough past and told me this has also happened to other people they knew. They're currently angry with me because I don't know what to say. I seriously don't know what to say because I've never been in a situation like this before. How can I make it up to them?

Relationships

We are group of friends ,close since about 6/7 years. We're passionate foodies and mostly love hanging out at good food joints. A particular majority interest is going on off routes and unplanned trips. On an outing of ours,due to getting severely late , a friend from conservative background got scolded very much at her house. This friend is a good person otherwise but whenever she hangs out now with the group ,she has started becoming very controlling and nasty . She is very demanding in the sense that if we don't do something that she wanted she flies off on a rage and is upset with everyone. Now ,when we'd meet post that incident , she is never okay to hangout post a certain "time limit" and starts acting very weird if the group proposes to go to a new place, saying things like I don't wish to go there, I'm getting late so you guys go on and things like that . We'd had to stop exploring things and places together due to this related behaviour and all of us end up getting unhappy due to her reaction. When we hangout a smaller group she apparently has no "time-limit" but equations change when all are together .

I see a lot of red flags with this person. It makes me wonder whether I should still be friends with her or should I consider distancing myself.
Thoughts?

Friends

I’m debating whether or not I want to get more therapy or mental health support. I think I want it, but what if I don’t need it and I waste all that time and energy and money? 

Confusion

Guys so my mom, grandma ,sister, cousin, aunt, every girl in my family dont get period cramps.
Or sometimes we dont get periods at all! My mom says it's just Asian genes saying that Asians dont get periods that much. But for real. WHAT IS THE REASON?!?!

Period

When I was 13 years old I was sexually harrassed by a guy who was 4-5 years older than me he touched my private part whenever he got a chance to sit with me in school bus he lived in the same building as me so wehad the same stop. So I used to ran away as fast as I can towards my house whenever I got down from the bus. After a month or two when it started happening my bus was changed it was a relief for me in bus but whenever o saw him outside my house I freaked out so I never went out and due to that me and my friends got distant and I had no friends near my place and due to that I don't mix up with people much and I never told my parents about it because I was scared I don't know of what but I was scared after a year his family shifted to another place and I finally stopped worrying about him touching me again but there was always something bothering me and in my school I hardly ever saw him because he was my senior. I am 21 years old now and I never told my parents about it. Sometimes I have a break down thinking about it and thinking about how many people he would have done the same I wished I took a step at that time so that someone taught him a lesson. This is the first time I am opening up about this. Should I tell my parents now? Is it okay to open up now? And is it okay for me to go to a therapist?

Insecurity

There was a guy i trusted the most .... but recently came to know he was not trustworthy.... why do boyz do these things why ..... why do they break someone to a point that they can't get back again 

So I met a person few months back...and he actually understood me very well....I even shared my problems with him and he has always tried to console me with his words but now all of a sudden he seems different like he doesn't msg me or replies me late...idk what to do...I even asked him multiple time that if there's anything wrong he can tell me...but he said everything's fine...should I keep msging him or just let things flow as  it is??

Depression has been hitting me hard since 2019 tbh I don’t know how to cope with it. In the best way .
