Meri problem over thinking hai aur ye mujhe 5,6 saalo se hai maine kaffi koshis ki iss se bahar aane ki lekin mai isme success nhi ho paya. mare mind mai hamesha kuch na kuch chalta rhata hai ek story jaisa mujhe woh sochne mai sukoon milta hai. Lekin ye chij mujhe barbaad kar de rhi hai yesa lagta hai ki mai wohi hu jo 5,6 saal pahle tha 5 saal kaise gujar gaye kuch pata hi nhi chala ye chij meri life distroy kar rhi hai . Iss problem se bahar nikalne mai please meri madad kariye please please

Khud ko busy rakhiye jis se aap ke pass sochne ka time hi nhi hoga. Itna nhi socha jaata kisi bhi topic pe. Sochte to sabhi log hai lekin jyada nhi. Human mind hai kuch na kuch to sochega hi lekin iska matlb ye to nhi hai ki hamara mood bhi vaisa hi rahe. Apne present ko jiye jyada sochne ki jarurat nhi hai kuch achha banne ke liye hard work jaruri hai sirf sochne se nhi hota OK. I hope aap samajh jaye or hamesha happy rahiye.
