Seeking help is not a sign of weakness.
Fighting for what you need is not wrong and between all of this, if you loose people that's probably for the best because maybe they are not the right people for you! Not everyone sticks with you when you grow and try to heal from your pain. Your growth will help you find new people and keep away you away from those who bring more pain. But first, accept that when things get tough you don't have to do everything alone, seek help and be there for others when they ask for the same.
