I recently signed up for a couple dating websites and helping out with find somebody named Meredith but I couldn’t. I’m not really interested in anyone else. ￼

I haven't been in a relationship since more than 5 years now. I just started dating someone. But everyday I keep thinking if I really do like him. If I'm ready or not. I don't think i am. But Im not able to pick the reason as to why I'm not ready, why I don't wanna date. 
This is a vague question, but what are the reasons for somebody not being ready?
