I'm not feeling okay! I thought I would be healed as time went by but it's becoming hard sometimes it's suffocating sometimes I feel like I'm lost. I am not able to take it anymore I searched all my phone out of 332 contacts and I'm not able to find a single person to call and cry. 

Why is it becoming so hard for me 

3am Thoughts

There is a girl in our community with whom I've been talking to in her DM for like 3 days now, even though she replies to me after 2-3 hours but I understand that she is busy and that's absolutely okay. It's not that the conversation is one-sided, she too asks questions to me.

 Should I ask her to hang out with me tomorrow or some other day she finds comfortable? 

I'm feeling a bit awkward and I don't know how will she react. 

I travelled yesterday morning, caught sleep in the flight n then 1-3 hrs during yesterday morning. However, thoda bahut fatigue toh ho hi jata hai. I had a hot shower post dinner..at night and was all prepared to pull an all nighter for some impending tasks and things to do. Had a triggering and disturbing fights with brother..that and whose after effects last for 1-1.5 hrs. Anyways..I was scrolling over good memories n texts on my phone to change my mood and put multiple alarma too across the night n early morning. But I fell asleep so deep...all the ringing alarms were vain.i feel a bit guilty for passing out, not being responsible enough when I has to pull an all nighter for work
.but telling myself..it's okay! 

Woke up now at 8.09..but still so sleepy n no condition to think creatively..will.guilt free, sleep for another 30 min, wake up fresh and do the best I can!!!

And try not to panic!!!

Okey umm. This is hard to start. I found this place randomly and because i do not have anyone to talk I wanted to like sort my feelings. You don't have to read this or do anything, but i need to get things out of my head.

I'm 17 yo girl, going highschool so there is quite a lot of work from school. School has been always easy to me, but ofc nowadays it is harder. Still i somehow manage and get 9 or 10 as a grade. 

I was diagnosed with anorexia about an year ago but now I'm feeling better about my body and my condition is not critical or anything. Bigger problems that i have are depression, anxiety and over thinking. I can't get medicine for them because they can cause lost of appetite (my anorexia background) So i have to deal with them by myself. 

My week is quite busy, i have few hobbies and they take time. I don't have time to rest properly or have the 'me-time' . I feel very exhausted all the time but my parents want me to continue my hobbies (they all are related to music, bc my parents are both musicians) 

I just don't feel myself anymore, nothing makes me happy, i don't like to be around people even my few friends because i feel like i am burden to them and they don't even want me around them. 

My parents only say 'look, she (for example any person in practise, my mom is 'teacher' in music) looks a bit down today. I wonder if she is alright' and stuff but maybe they don't notice my bad feelings?. 

Everything is just so messed up. I don't wan to die but sometimes i feel like it could be easier that continue living my life.
