The quality of our lives depends on our relationships. It's not social media that makes us depressed, it's our relationship to it. It's not money that makes us unhappy, but our relationship to it. It's not our partner that makes us happy, it's our relationship to him or her. Instead of changing the people around us, it may be better to change the relationship with the people around us. 

Quit trusting "Crypto Bros" and CEOs of alleged multi-$Billion companies who spend more time on Twitter than they do in the trenches, actually DOING the work to GROW a sustainable business.

Those who have nothing to hide typically have nothing to prove... they simply DO the work

I am restarting my life. 
I removed all people from my social media and actually deleted all social media too. 
I am starting new routines. 

3am Thoughts

In this world of social media. We are not getting connected we are getting emotionally vulnerable.In my opinion we are comparing our lives with others.  Which was not even in trend if I talk about 7-8 year ago.  I am feeling depression and anxiety has become so common in us today should we blame this environment else we should learn to deal with this changing world.

Breakups happen so random and friendship happen so random over these platform this place is not for emotional and sensitive person. 
Else we should become higjly emotional intelligent.

We are getting affected by our surroundings so much because everybody has got many options if not this then that.
Become a choice not an option

I've been on the internet for around 8 years amd I'm observing that since the pandemic started there is a surge of incel accounts on YT and other social medias. 

They say generations nowadays are too busy with their social media uploading pictures, posting up a life they might not even live in. Social media might be fake or not but we must learn to live in a life where we don’t become mirrors of others where we decide what kind of life we want to live in and work for it, but also we must not push ourselves to an extent where we can't even bring ourselves back. Sure, social media can be tempting but it is when you hold yourself back from becoming someone else and you start seeing that what you want is already in Infront of you, yourself, just the way you are you start loving yourself truly for whoever you are. And no you don’t need to live to impress others, live to impress yourself.

Unpopular opinion:
Sometimes I wish that, wouldn't it better if internet doesn't exist.
At least that one Telephone call , letter just would hold so much value about knowing existence of someone far!!
Rather then every life update available at a finger print.
