you're best to be okay. I'm so proud of you for waking up everyday and trying. I'm so proud of you for being here today because I know some of your yesterdays were really hard. I don't know what you're going through but you are going to get through it. You are going to get through whatever you're going through. Don't lose hope!! I know things go back to the same place even though we try harder but believe in yourself there would be a surprise in your life !!

Reality always hurts!! But the thing is how fast you can accept it! See there won't be anyone who is having no trouble in life but don't fall for the same mistake! Keep going!! 

I would say one thing as long as you know who you are and accept yourself for what you are nothing will really matter to you!!

Recently I've been feeling like a failure because I can't get good grades. I have no focus in online school and the English teacher is being even worse then she was at actual school. I just don't want to let everyone down.

Overthinking

Having a horrible day. Me and my class are quarantined until the end of the week. We had Christmas plans, the same nostalgic plans as two years ago and it was going to be fun but now we can't have our last Christmas together for our final year. Because I'm vaccined I can leave the house but I missed my appointment with my psychologist. My dad was mad at me for it and now I'm feeling guilty. It's been a rough week and I now don't have anyone to go and talk to until my next week's appointment. 

COVID-19

Unsolicited advice of the day. Stop trying to make someone like you. Often when you want to be friends with someone or start talking to someone and they're cold or a little snide, you start doubting yourself, overthinking, start trying to change yourself ( not everyone ik, so if you don't good for you😭). But in the process of changing yourself to become someone they like, do not end up become someone you don't. I'm sure even you have people you don't like, or feel are a little annoying, and you don't give it second thought. So why are these people who you probably won't even know few years down the road matter? At the end of the day, you don't have to live with them but you do have to live with you.
Also i know it's easier said than done but that doesn't mean you won't try at all.
