How does one love themselves ? I have hated myself since the time I can remember, how do I go about loving myself or even liking myself? People tell me love yourself but I don't know how. 

Before you expect anyone else to love you, do that to yourself. Take care of yourself. Treat yourself right. Educate yourself. Equip yourself with knowledge. Be in good shape. Once you love yourself only then you can share and spread the same love to you companion, friend, society, family and rest of the world.
