Lonely

I am feeling so alone. I thought I was living in my expectations and I thought yeah thats true thats why I am expecting to much from my frnds. I am now coming to my reality and I think no I was right they are never with me I need them they just tell me let's do it tomorrow and she don't even call me I am the one who is chatting to her she never chat first. And now I don't have anyone just to even support me I just feel like I am falling. Sometimes I have dreams falling from somewhere and I wake. And I always grit my teeth. What do I do I feel so alone and .

3am Thoughts

I feel I'm alone now. I don't know what's going to solve my problems but everything is getting worse now. I don't have anybody to share how i feel. 

How to deal with loneliness and shyness 

Depressed lonely on a one way alone with my own darkness that covering all of me and i am trying to come out of it abd it's not that I am not trying i am trying i am working hard and harder with empty stomach working alone it's very difficult to be alone no one to talk with.no one to share my own feeling i just want to cry and cry so much in some ones lap need someone to hold my hand in this darkness.

How not to feel lonely is something I have been wondering for a very long time, since high school I think! Being lonely is not a state of mind, contrary to what I used to believe. I feel it has more to do with your state of being. A while ago, the best way how not feel lonely which I could think of, was to stay occupied or keep your mind diverted. Like I know how pathetic it feels to be alone, especially when you can see all your "friends" having fun and enjoying their lives and you are just sitting with a random book and a cup of coffee in your hand, curled up inside a blanket in your dark room, wondering what is wrong with you! It builds up this unbearable anxiety within you and makes you even question all of your life choices!!! It is terrible. Many people, people like me, even end up searching online about ways how not feel lonely and find content which either we have already thought of and tried or is entirely impractical and useless!! Nothing seems to fit in and work. I guess what I personally look for is a much more comprehensive method of dealing with the problem rather than avoiding it. It took me a long time to realise that the solution to how not to feel lonely is not to stop acknowledging your feelings, but rather appreciate and deal with them, maybe through therapy!! Therapy is the real deal here folks. It really works!! Which is why I would say if you are looking for ways to address your 'how not feel lonely' problem, consider therapy.

How to remove loneliness???

Hii friends why im feeling alone don't know what to do thinking about someone every minute who not talking to me and feeling sad remembering them, its so frustrating, not able to move, 
At the same time im feeling stresses im masterbating and seeing porn, i don't knwo what to do feels like i need someone to talk and spend time but no one is there, and im feeling so stress  where my career will go,
