I’ve been isolated at home for 2 years, now I’m planning to go back to work again, I’m not people pleaser, I am having social anxiety. What should I do ?

guys so finally CBSE announced cancellation of boards in am in class 10 icse but probably they will do the same..
but my concepts of class 10 in physics chem are not at all clear like i dont understand 80% of the topics so i am a little  and hopefully my grade 11 will also start soon..
so i am scared that will it affect my grade 11 and somehow my preparations for neet 
please tell me what should i do and as of now i know in 11th they will start from new topics and who will be there for me to teach me previous topics and i am not joining any coaching so i don't know what to do..PLEASE HELP..!!

My parents always used to tell me to eat my food because there are so many other kids who don't have the luxury of eating what I eat and now I feel like I always have to finish my plate or I feel bad for not eating. at the same time I also feel so bad for eating it all. People always comment on how I eat my food so fast and how I always finish my food.

Honestly I’m done with everything for years I’ve had to deal with mental and physical abuse of my mum but her mental abuse is just getting too much for me to handle I honestly just feel like running away but can’t cos of my son it’s so hard like how can I keep living this life I can’t even cut her out of my life she’s like a leech that just won’t go she even wished me dead once some she doesn’t help me when I’m mentally having a breakdown yet we should all bow done to her when she feels “a little upset” she’s a manipulative person some people shouldn’t of been parents and she’s one of them I just can’t do this no more
