Now a days story of my life. Self realisation you know. 

It’s life so ups n downs are going on. Though seems like from past few years my mental downs are getting increased rapidly. 

Maybe many maybe none. 
Still trying to figure out n failed badly every time. Try to take one step out of the pit and goes 10 step back. 

Ahhh don’t have any doubt about that I was diagnosed bipolar. From last 2 years in therapy no help though. 
And PTSD due to some childhood stuff.
