I feel so alone I’m having anxiety issues and want to deal with them properly. I already know the answers but I cannot accept the facts and these thoughts are making me paranoid 

 Almost 2 years ago i had one of my worst birthday , I have a bestfriend,who really means a lot and we were always there for each other it used to be like i only had him. then sometime later a girl came into his life and then they started hanging out more, he started saying things like "tu nahi thi, tab bhi mujhe vaha ekdum akela nahi laga", "tu nahi to vo sahi" and i started feeling replaced, i became insecure, we started fighting a lot. on my birthday eve my father got really sick and i had party the next day which i had to cancel. I was really sad about it because obviously i was really excited for it, and i didn't want to tell anybody what happened that day, i just don't like sharing a lot. But since I always tell him everything, I told him. just like 15 minutes after telling him the other girl messaged me about the same. I was shocked i felt betrayed coz i used to think everything I tell him is between us. when i confronted him he lied. But when i showed him her messages he started apologizing. this just almost ruined my birthday. in the morning the girl messaged me on my birthday a long paragraph about how i shouldn't have talked to him the way i did and he was very excited about my birthday and that he had planned so much. And that i should learn to "share him". that literally broke me i just cried the rest of the day, the person i was closest to , now somebody who just came is telling me how to behave with him. Later he blocked her for me  but i still can't trust him anymore. I'm still confused if whatever happened was right. 

Yaar i really want to find some people whom i can vibe with. Is it too much to ask😩
