Let’s talk about the problems which is there in indian society. I’ll start
Status of women in the society. Still there are places where people view men superior than women. It’s always that women’s are meant to work in the four walls. We have change this mindset try everyday guys respect girls working under a women dosen’t mean you’re weak , if this pokes you too much you work hard you become capable and equal to women. There’s nothing or a feeling of shame of working under a women.
I absolutely agree to what you said like there are places where people find men superior than women. And by you mentioning people does it not include men and women both. If no then it is only men who find themselves superior.
So is it not that women should themselves speak up (not the problem as they know the problems, so they should speak up the ways to overcome them).
I would not find myself ashamed to work under a women or to work with a women. It should be that they should if they have the problem they should work hard to solve it and not by only complaining about it.
