LetтАЩs get to know each other if you relate to the situation below.
So, itтАЩs been a while , where i start all new with making changes and itтАЩs like a whole circle and itтАЩs getting hard to break the pattern.
To an extent that I am tired now and my routines are all messed up and even though the days are full of professional achievements , the nights are heavy with thoughts .
I know the truth to break the pattern , I try and I fall to make things right.
And I just feel itтАЩs a lost case now.
U should know that mental peace and health are way above the material gains!
And it is okay to fail at things, the main thing is to accept and stand up again!

I get the material gains. ThatтАЩs all together with a different setup.
But u know the situation where I am just irritated because I am not able to break the pattern.
And a situation where no matter what you decide , it is not going to be easy to live with it.
You just need a push dude тАжu know the current pattern is a mess for you and still u r unable to change it!
It means you are awareтАжu just lack a push and discipline to change that pattern!
I too had this phase, and God knows how much I relied on videos and books but at the end it was ME who did it all!
That one push u get from urself will be enough
