Let’s celebrate 🎉 Men’s Health Month by spreading awareness that it is okay for men to feel low, show weakness, cry, and reach out for help 🤍
Let’s talk more and encourage men to speak about their mental health issues without the fear of being judged 🧡.
For all the men, speak up and share more 🤎
Tell us how you feel in the comment section ⬇️

I sometimes talk to my sisters that how I’m feeling like that how I’m going through it, as I want to tell to my parents that how do I feel to open about my emotions and I fear that How will they respond or they’ll respond. I can’t sleep at night due to my negative thoughts and sometimes I often cry to just for everything that is bottling up inside me. Depression, anxiety and are my main enemies. I’m introvert and find it hard to speak in crowd. If there is one person who I’m comfortable talking to I’ll talk he/she. Have low confidence that whether people like me, judge me or I’m burden to them. Don’t know I hate myself sometimes and don’t know if I really happy or just pretending to be happy 😕.
Thank you for sharing how you feel @gangas96 🥺 Talking about your struggle is a step forward towards healing and breaking the stigma around mental health🧡

Two days late but anyway, I have a cousin. He’s 10 years old but ever since he was a little kid, he’d always act more feminine than other boys his age. Our family used to tease him, including me of course, because we have this mentality that men are supposed to act tough and masculine. Recently, I learned that not all men need to be masculine, just like my cousin. It’s definitely okay for men to show weakness, because otherwise they’re gonna grow up and think that their feelings and actions are invalid. Imagine being a kid and everyone around you tells you how to act. Just because we’re used to men being masculine, doesn’t mean we should continue this practice. I’m not really good at words soooo I hope you get what I’m trying to say.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts @wayuuh! We’re so happy to see our community take a stand for what matters. More power to you 🧡
