Lately, I have been feeling like a failure. I have had anxiety issues again, no it’s been days I am not able to breathe properly, people around me are doing so much in their lives, and here I am who can’t handle pressure, I have started hating myself again, this time it is not the looks, but worse than that that is what kind of person I am? I will be 21, what have I done in my life till now, I don’t even know how to do the household chores properly, I am still living with my parents, I feel as if I am a burden on them, sometimes I do feel like that I deserve nothing because I haven’t done anything. I have never felt so miserable in life as I am feeling today. I am not able to concernterate on anything.

To be honest, I have been gone through this, i can say that even worse of this… but the only reason I’m doing good today and living happily is because of i just keep going & going by believing in my self and giving a strong push throughout the journey.

Let me remind you again, you are the only person to make yourself happy, sad or anything, choice is yours.

I suggest you to understand the situations you are going through, how worst it is, more deep you learn… If you keep going by positive approach, this all learning you will find very beneficial in future.

Try to share things with whom you trust most, whom you find a supportive… Don’t be shy for this… this is absolute very normal… even if a opposite person found a mutual importance in you… this will make bond more closer. :)

Hey, it’s alright to have these breakdown. But make sure to not affect your peace because of what others are achieving. Convert it into a positive approach and motivate yourself to do better, learn more.
If people around you are not so understanding then make other friends who motivate you towards your goal. And Household chores are not any skills those are basic things to do to survive.

Make sure you look above everything else and instead of thinking bad about yourself start doing things that make you confident.

Everything is literally so messed up
Home environment, financial conditions rn, hectic schedule, need a break, but can’t be independent, I just become harsh on myself when I purchase something. I am becoming too toxic…

Jb aas pass sahi nahi chal raha hota h, toh kuch bhi acha nahi lagta, every joy is a temporary ilaj that time. Think it as a phase it’ll pass soon.

Aur ek baat as everyone says β€œyou can make yourself happy” which isn’t true everytime for everyone. There are people who need more social dependency to keep theirs mood boosted. But when you search for something the possibility are you won’t find it then… Have patience what’s meant to be yours will eventually come to you till then just keep yourself strong and emotionally less sensitive. πŸ’

Hold yourself together.
If you were good at academics and now you facing trouble then you have to do more of mental exercises and try meditating. Else do your best and eventually you’ll heal someday and everything will get better.
