Is there a change in habits or activities you’ve noticed recently? If so, that’s probably what you need to focus on fixing. Though if there is no particular reason, I advise you to take breaks every now and then when you feel too overwhelmed and upset. I’ve learned that your concentration will only get worse if you don’t take time off to breathe and think about organizing your tasks.
