Gratitude

It's long but please just read it 🙃
So I am starting my diary entry 
Idk I just feel like doing it..as I don't have any friends I am technically all alone because I don't get along my family( we rarely talk only at lunch and dinner time cuz all are on their phones they eat and leave otherwise I am always in my room..I am 17 but haven't had more than an half an hour talk with my mom till date I just have mommy) I don't have friends due to many reasons family issues be the top reason 
Okayy
Today: 
It was a bad day 
Procrastination is just making my life worse 
I regret it but do nothing to change should I hate myself for it ? 
Idk.. Studied the least knowing it's gonna affect but I just can't concentrate it's way too hard 
Have test day after tomorrow not prepared at all but I seriously don't know what will I study in 1 day 
Read useless books on an app convincing myself that everything is okay and just escaping reality somehow work and assignments pilling up just tell me what to do because I am seriously clueless about it..I waste whole day and regret it at night.. idk why I am writing this all but I just feel to write it down because it's all just much to handle

I just got new meds and I am not happy about the fact that she didn't believe me and said, "you are always so energetic, why are you like this now? Must be situational." No Ms. Ma'am. I am always like tempted to just *flick of the wrist towards le cliff* 





Depression

Is it normal to not like to be around your phone and to not do anything apart from sleeping? 

Basically, I don't like doing anything. I just want to sleep.

Please, I hope you are reading this. But that thought author and I are both 20 year old and not some toddler. We have no sexual interest in our dads nor we are jealous of our mothers. So, just because you know things doesn't mean you will sh*t it everywhere. 
Second, society do play a role in the way we think. Society do play a role in our psychological behavior. Also, no one was replacing "sociology" with "psychology". You need to enhance your reading skills but never mind. 
Third, family rules and norms shapes how we are with our parents. Things that we see our family members doing or anyone in our surrounding doing, we tend to follow them. So again, society plays the greatest role. 
Just because my parents are cool and liberal doesn't mean everyone else parents are. May be, you need to come out of your bubble and look around yourself to know the reality. For an instance, no girl child in my paternal family is as close to their fathers as I am to my father. This is simply because they were raised to maintain distance and those typical norms while I wasn't. They rarely talk to their dad and dont even show themselves up in front of them while it's totally opposite in my case. So, things work in this way. 

Not everyone is living the same life. Things differ family to family, society to society. So, next time make sure to not force your ideology into someone. That makes you look pathetic.
