Just wanted to say, no matter what you do, never ever crush someone’s self-esteem or the belief they have in themselves. It does terrible things to them. Nobody is incapable or inefficient. It’s just that they haven’t found out what they are best at, yet. It’s just fair enough to let Every one try. We all are different with unique skill sets.
