Just wanted to let all of you know that for the past couple of weeks, I have been taking therapy and it feels great. And no, I am neither clinically depressed, nor bipolar nor crazy (if I was, I would have proudly written it here). You donβt always need to have clinical depression to seek therapy. Sometimes, all you need is someone to acknowledge and validate your trauma and help you to move on from those, and approaching a therapist often helps- it doesnβt mean you are weak or you have lost a battle of βwho is the strongest?β. We are often very harsh to ourselves. It takes courage to sit down and confront your feelings and emotions head-on- thatβs precisely what therapy does. You can no longer run away, you have to sit down and fix yourself instead of saying to yourself, βI will not think about this nowβ. The purpose of not going anon with this post, is to tell all of you beautiful people here, that seeking help isnβt something to be ashamed of and mental health isnβt a myth. There is no actual stigma around this, itβs all in our mind. We all are in this together and someday we will overcome. Take care. Love and hugs.ππππππππππππππππππππππ

It is very great to hear about it and you break plenty of myths in your post and actually mental health is most important thing and we know very less about because there is various branches or various other things that also count in mental health but we think it is normal so i hope you inspire others and also we need to normalize these stuff it is simple thing and yup eat some sweets too and save some for me too ππ

Yeah, I know I will soon find my light at the end of the tunnel. I hope my post motivates other people to seek help if they are going through stuff. You donβt have to be clinically depressed or bipolar always, to seek therapy. Sometimes you just need to sort out a few issues so that you can be more compassionate.
