How to stop feeling anxious all the time? I have health anxiety disorder. I always feel that I am gonna be seriously ill. I always google my symptoms and feel like i have those disease. I feel terrible.

I wish I could have had a pullover or anything of hers just to wear it and make you feel safe, her words were always sweeter than honey, the way she express every small thing just was like the wonders of the world, so beautiful so magestic, just so amazing, crying thinking of her is not gonna make things better, seeing her pictures are not gonna make things better.
Moving on will but it's been a year and it's still killing me, hurting me, therapy does not seem to work, tv shows and movies are making things worse, just my friends and the words from my mom make everything feel better. I wish I could show them I could do better.

Is my score 400 out of 600 good or worst ? . I prepared for all my exam a day before I was going to write it
