just found out my grandpa has lung🥺 what do i do now... i’m losing myself:(

Don't panic be his strength make hin realise you're there for him. U getting tensed won't make the problem easier dude. I know how bad it is to hear such news bt try to be calm.... We all are in issues and some day a bright morn will come and all will be okay. I know it's more easy to say then to doo. But I know you can do it dude! U really can overcome this!!

My best friend's father passed away yesterday due to covid. She called and cried and said I want my dad, I just want him back. I couldn't console her at the moment. I was shocked. I didn't know what to say. I can't even meet her due to covid. I just feel so.. I don't know it's just very disheartening. And I just feel so bad that I can't do anything for her. I don't know what to do. I can't even imagine how difficult it must be for her. I really want to give her a tight hug.
