I’ve heard a lot about meditation. Never tried it though. But I am thinking of giving it a shot for my mental well being. Does anyone here know any online classes or anything from where I can learn meditation or at least build a habit of meditation. If so, please do guide me. It would be of great help.

Nowadays everything is available on internet, and due to Artificial intelligence it’s easy to create your rough idea about your health chart but i prefer that create your own health chart from hospital then take precautions for mental health wellness from them and for exercises it’s obvious that you can go online yoga classes…
