Who needs therapy when you can gaslight yourself into thinking hat everything is fine? On a serious note, please seek help from a mental health professional to feel better. You call yourself depressed or anxious or crazy then why can't you go to a psychologist to get help? Posting this because May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Please end the stigma attached to mental health conditions.

Just completed 'Page Turner'. It's a sweet and short 3 episode Korean show. Thankfully it was about friendship and the teenage mindset rather than the same old love story kind of drama. Loved it!
