I’ve been trying and trying to loose weight but I am stuck at the same weight!!! Because my stress levels don’t seem go out. I’m very unhappy in my relationship. It’s a friendship of 17 years and a relationship of 7. I hate myself for caring so much.
Oh sorry to hear that. Try to control stress using yoga and meditation. 17 years is a long time, do speak to your partner to sort issues. Regarding weight, do short running sprints and weight training. It helps. Take care
