I’ve been really depressed lately. Self harmed yesterday after a long time. Nothing seems to be getting better, even with therapy. I think my friends are getting tired of me so I keep my thoughts to myself now.

I feel so low and feel like crying out loud that my friends don’t have time to talk and don’t have anything to talk with me…always ignoring me…it’s really hard
