I’ve been having a lot of hairloss. My stress levels aren’t stationary. I need suggestions to make my life less stressful. 'cause more stress= more hairloss

Hello Mabel. Whenever you’re stressed out , don’t let the stress consume you take it out in whichever way you can , scream , run , dance madly, sing badly , eat desserts, draw and paint. Make sure you let it out

Stress can cause a lot of other problems as well! Don’t let the hairfall get to you. Just breathe, understand what is causing you stress and work towards the problem, not away from it.

To combat stress, try maintaining a to-do list, preparing and sticking to a time table which includes leisure hours. Striking a healthy balance between what should be done and what you want to do is the key. Also, a good diet will cure hairloss for sure.

That is so true! Stress can cause other problems as well. Please try to indulge in activities that make you feel good and helps you think less. Drink lots of water, eat healthy and prioritize activities in your day.
