Spend time with your own self! Pay attention to your thoughts as a second person and try to figure out where the roots are of this feeling. It might be coz of some past experiences you had as a child where you expected love/appreciation from someone (family/friend/teacher) and you did not get it. So you started doubting yourself. Try to understand your thoughts and feelings and work on them accordingly else this will keep ruining your relationships and you won’t be able to enjoy things completely!
