its so bizzare that even on this  website when someone of middle teen age ( say 17-19) that theyre alone or they're sad, once i came across a post and the there was this one response in which he/she just threw it up all on the age.

People should actually learn to reply quick, atleast to the one's who have overthinking issues lmao. 

Most people when replying are speaking through experience or perception
Experience:- how life has shaped their mind through all these year's
Perception:- how they see things to be , based on their values, beliefs, behaviour and judgment
So be very careful while taking advice
It might sound nice but it could be the opposite of what you need 

How do we reply to someone's comment here man? 

I think they should minimise the whole reply feature 
It's too big and you have to keep checking who's it for or who is actually replying
