It’s sad actually , because my anxiety Keeps me from enjoying things as much as i should at this age

That is what anxiety does. it does mean that you are trying to be the best version of yourselves and enjoying things.
When it comes to enjoyment, it is about the person.
Discover your way of enjoyment. And don’t try to think i might had spent this time with something else coz it does nothing and instead it adds extra stress to you. Float in the sea of thinking and be natural instead of controlling your thoughts.
Try to understand what’s making you anxious and don’t stop doing it just because of anxiety, on a third person’s perspective, try to discover the reason for anxiety and its roots.
The flowers can’t bloom when it’s roots get demolished.
More positivity to you. Live the moment and don’t think about anything. You, your breathe, and the thing that is infront you right now and enjoy it. Cheers…
