It’s not easy leaving this feeling. It’s the most destructive feeling ever. But even after knowing that I feel like I am a very jealous person, and I want to see myself at the helm of things because I’ve always somehow been at a major power position. I don’t know how to shove this feeling away…

hi, i know jealousy can take the worst out of you, what you can do is maybe try to focus on things that the person has especially if it is someone you love. i know it is hard but you have to look at the aspects of their personality that are good, you have to try and see the good in them, it is not that you are not worthy of that task it is just that they can do it as well. so the next time you feel jealous of someone step back and evaluate what is it that you have to do differently, ask yourself where you can improve. try doing that it might just help
