I care too much for my friends and i love them but the problem is i don’t feel loved i feel like no one love me or care when i deserve to be loved I’m really tired and exhausted......

I talked to my doctor and she talled me that I don't talk and even one in one so thats a red flag and she sending me to the college's therapy and I honestly wanna just dig my grave rn and she talled me with that stright face that I am not getting good grade... my untie also today she said we can't know what do u want if u don't say whileeeee she sooting at me with her opinions and own talk
